Hi, I am Mindi Addington

Creating art is my life. I spent my childhood drawing, painting and borrowing my mom's camera as much as I could. I would tear out images from magazines of things that I thought were pretty and keep inspiration books. 

My husband (he's my high school sweetheart) and I live in a farmhouse that was built over a hundred years ago with our two dogs, Pip and Zeke. We enjoy good food, traveling, kayaking, and spending time with our twelve nephews and nieces. 

Some of my favorite things are perusing antique stores, going to yard sales with my sister, loving on animals, painting, and of course documenting life by photographing the moments that become sweet memories.

My grandmothers were (and continue to be) my heroes. I love them with all my being and one day would love to name something after them both (Lorena & Lu). 

My photography style is inspired by love. Love between a couple. Love within a family. Love between friends. I adore details, and become attached to my clients and their memories. I have witnessed and captured weddings, families growing, anniversaries, children being born, and many milestones being met. It is a dream that I have the privilege to do this as a career.
